14 Day Refund or Exchange Policy

 

You can exchange or refund your purchase for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. All Special orders, Custom-made merchandise, and earrings will not be accepted for return and deemed a "FINAL SALE". Upon connecting with a Gold Star Jewellers Customer Service Representative, arrangements to have your shipment returned via  Canada Post, FedEx or other shipping providers, will be presented at the expense of the client. For your protection, every Exchange/ Refund shipment must be insured at the expense of the client. If the you receive an additional discount from the posted "Sale price", it will be deemed a final Sale.
Upon inspection of the retuned item,( see return conditions below), a refund will be issued using the same method of payment, as the original transaction. Refunds can take 4-7 business day's to processed by secured payment processor.

All products must be returned in good condition, not worn/altered, in original boxes, and with all paperwork
(such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit.
Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for Exchange or refund, and deemed a "FINAL SALE".
The acceptance of the Exchange or Refund of any merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Gold Star Jewellers Ltd. 
We will provide you complete step-by-step instructions on how to process your Exchange/ Refund. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Gold Star Jewellers Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipments without the Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will be refused.

You can exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of  purchase. All Special orders, custom-made merchandise, and earrings will not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in good condition, not worn/altered, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate).
Sale Items can be exchanged up to 7 days from the date of purchase.  If you would like to pick out your new timepiece or jewellery at a later date, Gold Star Jewellers will readily issue a credit note for the full amount of the original purchase or any amount remaining after exchange.

Your Gold Star Jewellers credit note can be used up to 6 months from the original date of purchase.
